Summary In this article, we focus on the role of the state in financing the economy and emphasize the need for the government to take a long-term view that integrates financial markets, public-private partnerships and external financing. We also propose to focus on the banking sector and insist in particular on the need for a joint strategy involving the Ministry of Economy and Finance and the Central Bank.
