Summary In response to the preliminary question put to it by the Conseil d'Etat, the CJEU considers that the system for financing the additional cost of the purchase price of electricity produced by wind turbines, which is set administratively, constitutes an intervention through state resources, thus contributing to the classification of the French system as state aid.
