Well-being at work cannot be reduced to simple individual and psychological factors. It is largely due to the structure of companies, their management style and their social climate, which can also cause great suffering. Based on recent French and international research, the economist Claudia Senik reveals the deep, sometimes invisible sources of well-being at work, which have a considerable impact on social and economic life.
