Founded in 2010, the Climate Economics Chair (CEC) at Université Paris Dauphine-PSL is an academic research platform dedicated to the economics of climate change. It combines research, education, and professional dialogue to foster a better understanding of climate and economic challenges.
As a multidisciplinary hub, the CEC facilitates exchanges between academic research, public institutions, and private companies, with a strong emphasis on research-based education. The Chair currently hosts over twenty ongoing PhD theses, covering a broad spectrum of low-carbon transition issues from the perspectives of firms, citizens, and policymakers.

The EEET Master’s program (AgroParisTech, IFP School, Paris-Saclay University, Centrale Paris, Mines ParisTech, and more) is an integral part of the Chair’s teaching activities.
