The objective of the “AXA Machine Learning for Large-Scale Insurance Data” Chair is to test and develop structured prediction algorithms based on data from AXA’s online insurance business. As well as simply improving prediction performance, the aim of this work is to make the results of these predictions more interpretable and thus to make them a better guide in the structuring and calibration of online offerings.
