Role of asset managers in ecological transition and the fight against climate change

Scientific project

The main objectives are:

• to improve investment methodologies which integrate the risk posed to investors by climate change into the quantitative or discretionary methods of the Financial Partner;
• compensate for the lack of proven methods of analyzing the impact of climate change on the variables that concern financial institutions (especially asset managers);
• ensure the implementation of portfolios that integrate carbon risk and participate in the transition, while trying to maintain the risk / return profile of the initial portfolio in order to exclude only carbon risk without creating any other biases;
• to seek more precise, more forward-looking measures and more reliable findings for the carbon risk.
