Scientific project
The main objectives are to:
- Detecting fundraising activities carried out by FinTech companies using text data from social networks. Each fund raising must be associated with a Fintech and a date, and provided the information is disclosed, the amount of the fund raising, the type of fund raising, and the investors involved in the fund raising must be identified.
- To allow the visualisation of the links between the companies in the sample. Each link must be structured according to the type of relationship between two entities (competitor, partner, investor…).
- Calculate for each article a sentiment indicator between -1 and +1 depending on the polarity of the content of the article (negative, neutral, positive).
