ILB Replay GSF

The webinar took place on 24 October 2022. The event focused on the significant growth in climate communication by companies and the strengthening of European regulations.

The event was held on 22 September 2022 in Hybrid. At this event, the Institut Louis Bachelier (ILB) presented Pladifes, a new research programme it coordinates, and moderated a round table on existing initiatives to facilitate access to extra-financial data.

Thibaud Barreau, Data Scientist (ILB) and João Paulo Sertã, ESG Financial Data Analyst (ILB) unveiled a first tool: a mapping of all types of conventional and alternative data providers with relevant data to work on sustainable finance use cases.

During the roundtable discussion moderated by Stéphane Voisin (Head of the Green and Sustainable Finance Programme at ILB), Jean Boissinot (Head of the Secretariat, NGFS) and Leah Dahmani ((the European Single Access Point (ESAP), European Commission, Policy Officer, DG FISMA) presented their projects and discussed the future of access to non-financial data.

The morning session took place on 3 December 2021 in a hybrid format. During this event, Olivier Houvenagel and Marc Le-Du from RTE (Réseau de Transport de l’Electricité, the French electricity grid operator) presented the study and the underlying modelling approaches.

The ILB GSF webinar took place on 27 September, in partnership with the Research Institute of Caisse des Dépôts. Join us for a debate on the new dynamics of alliances between economic and financial actors, their commitments to the climate, as well as the key role of investors and responsible shareholders accompanying these actors in accelerating the ecological transition.

The workshop took place on 28 October 2020 to discuss trajectories, targets and metrics for the financial transition to zero carbon.
