Summary This contribution analyzes the strategies of logistic mutualization in the Burgundy wine industry. It aims to better understand the conditions that facilitate the emergence and success of these collective projects. The survey carried out with 36 companies in the sector (estates, merchants, cooperatives), five logistics activity pooling groups and six logistics service providers, has enabled us to note the importance of organized proximity and trust between actors. The partners must share the same vision of the problems to be solved and the objectives to be achieved. The presence of a "leader" in the group is also an element that enables energies to be federated around a pooling project.
