Summary At a time when public authorities are implementing a policy to promote entrepreneurial attitudes in society, particularly among young people, it is useful to remember that entrepreneurship is not only a matter for individuals, but also for organizations (Miller, 1983). An organization must indeed maintain its entrepreneurial dynamic if it wants to stay alive, grow, improve its performance and renew itself. This is even more true in times of economic crisis, when the environment is often poorer in opportunities and companies are less inclined to seize them. To introduce the paper, we first review the state of the art of past works on the relationship between human resources management and organizational entrepreneurship, before presenting the articles in the dossier, and finally proposing avenues for future research on how human resources mobilization can boost the entrepreneurial behavior of firms.
